Your personal data is stored on our servers in Hong Kong and is accessible only to authorized employees. This site has industry standard
security measures in place to protect the misuse, and loss the information stored on our servers.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
During a free registration process prior to using certain channels of the site, Education Ladder requires the user to supply a full name, and
e-mail address.

 

WHAT DOES EDUCATION LADDER DO WITH THE INFORMATION IT GATHERS?

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS AND BANNER ADVERTISING:
Education Ladder may conduct analyses of user behavior in order to measure interest in the various channels of our site and to inform our
business partners or advertisers as to how many consumers have viewed or "clicked" their advertising banners. We also use demographic and
preference information to allow banners on our Web site to be targeted, to the users for whom they are most relevant. Personal
information we collect from each individual subscriber will not be provided to any third party unless consents is provided by the
subscriber to enjoy the educational services.

We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company and promotional material from
some of our partners. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving
future mailings using the opt-out section below or on the email. This information is shared with advertisers on an aggregate basis.

LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES
The Education Ladder contains links to our advertisers' Web sites. Personal data information will not be released to the third party.

COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL PROCESS

OPTING-OUT, CORRECTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Upon request, Education Ladder will remove any personal information upon request, from our database, thereby canceling the registration; or
permit the user to "opt out" of further e-mail contact while still allowing access to the site.
