Alliance Primary Kowloon has always focused on nurturing students' moral conduct, moral education training through the morning will, and life lesson. The students are encouraged to participate in volunteer service each year to have a good 
life experience, so that students have the opportunity to serve the community, broaden their horizons, and care to those in need. The school will hold a small annual Orientation Day, parenting seminars, lectures and other gatherings. Where necessary, it will invite professionals to school seminars for parents better understand their children's learning and psychological needs.
