蘇先生的兒子 Andy，在上海出生和長大，性格較內向和害羞，欠缺英語環境去學習英文，只能說單字的英
文。
自從 Andy 參加了教育階梯為他安排的升學服務及一對一網上英語增進課程，在導師們的悉心教導和引領下，他慢慢懂得用簡單的英文句子溝通， 也可以唱英文歌，對自已說英語的信心也大大增强。
我們見到 Andy 由最初不敢與人用英語溝通，到後期有信心和導師及其他人以英文交談，使用完整句子對答，
並也可以寫作英文文章， 在短短的三個月可說是進步良多。 另外，教育階梯也幫助 Andy 找到合適的優質學校，成功申請並錄取。
教育階梯的顧問 杜小姐非常細心及專業，從一開始的諮詢會面，已經很用心地了解 Andy 的問題所在，之後跟導師商討有關 Andy 的教學方法，而導師們亦耐心教導，慢慢打破了 Andy 對英語的障礙。他們專業的團隊也幫助我們獲得了我們心儀學校的所有面試。
另外，杜小姐以專業的角度分析及給予選擇學校的建議，原本因 Andy 的性格和英語問題，我們非常擔心要進入心儀的學校會比較困難，但因為顧問杜小姐的建議和導師的耐心教導，Andy在英語上有明顯的進步，最後當收到心儀學校的入學通知時，我們真的很欣慰，並於2024年1月開學。
